Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return only in the following cases (collectively termed as "Defective Delivery"):

Damaged product

Missing product

Empty box received
-
Duplicate product delivered

Incorrect/wrong product delivered

Used product delivered

Expired product received
2. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

if the product is defective or damaged, please return the product within 2 day

we will deliver the exchange or replacement product within 5-6 days

Requests raised after 2 days will not be accepted.
3. Return Process

Initiate your return request via our website, app, or WhatsApp support.

Any gift items received as part of promotions must also be returned, unopened and unused.

For combo packs, the entire combo must be returned. Partial returns will not be accepted if the combo pack has been opened.
4. Returns Not Accepted In Cases Of:

Product used or altered
-
Missing original packaging (tags, labels, boxes, freebies)

Tampered barcodes/serial numbers
-
Return request raised beyond the 2-day window
5. Video Proof Requirement
All packages are tamper-proof. Please do not accept packages if the seal is broken.
To process returns due to damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery, you must provide an unboxing video showing the issue clearly. Without this, we reserve the right to decline your return request.
6. Refund Timeline

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer within 24 business days of receiving and approving the returned product.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 2–4 business days post-verification.

It may take additional time for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a shipment with missing or damaged items:

Mention your order ID, name, and the missing/damaged product(s)

Images of the products received

Image of the outer packaging box
-
Invoice copy
Once we verify with our internal team, replacements will be shipped within 5–6 working days.
Wrong Product or Entirely Wrong Order Received
Please follow the same process as above. Upon verification, a correct replacement will be shipped to you within 5–6 working days.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be self-cancelled through the ‘My Account’ section before dispatch.

Alternatively, email us at protienoz@maximusventures.in to request cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

For prepaid orders, if cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated and credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
